Sam Elliott & Katharine Ross – 36 Years Together
Sam Elliot just isn’t Sam Elliot without his mustache. In fact, the only thing that he’s had longer in his life is his marriage to Katherine Ross. He tried going without the stache for a while but just didn’t look like himself. We doubt he’d try going without Ross for a while, though.
The couple first met while working on the set of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. They didn’t immediately start dating, though, and waited until 1978, eventually marrying in 1984. He was recently on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and is set to feature in a documentary, The Chainsaw Artist.
